developed by business professionals; and

www.shareyourforms.com where users can access a variety of forms for free and upload their own forms
to share with other users.

500 corporations and thousands of small businesses in more than 30 countries
around the world. The Company‘s products help businesses and individuals
operate more efficiently and more economically by reducing the agreement
preparation cost and by improving the quality of the agreement. More than
1,000,000 copies of these agreements have been sold at retail.
The Company’s
founder spent 20 years growing businesses in California‘s Silicon Valley and
perceived a need for a more economical way to provide business knowledge for
the development of a new business. Business is, after all about

forms that professionals have previously used is one way to pass on knowledge
